Courtney Wilkinson, President of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Duncanville, is a second-generation franchise owner who brings over 25 years of experience, vision, and dedication to the family business. Starting her journey at just 17, Courtney has built a career based on hard work, learning the ins and outs of the plumbing industry, and embodying the values instilled by her family. From her role as Vice President in 2014 to becoming President in 2021, Courtney is grateful for the mentors who have guided her and the foundation her family set for success, which now drives her leadership and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Courtney is a devoted mother to her two sons, Coy and Carter, with whom she shares a love for sports, movies, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. An adventurous spirit, she dreams of visiting iconic sports stadiums around the world and eagerly anticipates the 2026 World Cup, where she hopes to experience the excitement firsthand with her sons by her side, balancing her dedication to work with the joy of family and personal pursuits.
